Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

A Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) is a request addressed to the organisation that gives EU resident individuals a right to access information about personal data that NEXUS-IBA is processing about them and to exercise that right easily at reasonable intervals, to be aware of and verify the lawfulness of the processing.

Every EU resident has the right to know and obtain information about the purposes for which their personal data is processed.

All DSAR requests should be emailed to gdpr@nexus.org ONLY from the email that has been registered on this website or by using the verification form below.

To process your DSAR request, we usually verify your email address against the data that we have on file. However, if your email verification fails, we will request a copy of your official government-issued photo ID document, such as a passport, national Identity Card, driving licence or another document, as a standard method of verifying the identity of EU data subjects.
