        "Foreign broadcasts from abroad in the Russian language" -
80-page handbook covering all stations in any part of the world
(exept Russia). For Russia "Voice of Russia" was included only.
Information about every station is settled down accoding to the
contry name and include the following itemes:
        - name of the station;
        - station addresses;
        - frequency schedule (on MW, SW, UHF and via satellites);
        - programme guide;
        - short description of certain programmes;
        - information about station publications and QSL-policy.
        This book contains also special headings such as
        - programmes for those who learn foreign languages;
        - religious programmes;
        - listener's letters rewiew;
        - programmes for DX-ers.
        The following stations appeared in the handbook for the first
time: Radio of Abkhaz Republic (Georgia), Kirgiz Radio (Kirgizstan),
Tadgik Radio (Tadgikistan), Turkmen Radio (Turkmenistan). Radio
Liberty was moved to Czech Republic section.
